• There are two credit counseling courses that can be taken via telephone or the Internet, each class costs “approximately” $30.00
• Price Excludes the Court Filing Fee of $338.00 (Unless you qualify for a low-income waiver. We can provide you with that blank form for you to fill out on request). This fee is payable directly to the court at the time of filing.
